  • 2nd , 3rd and 4th overground floors – six flats on each floor: one flat 3+kitchenetter, four flats 2+kitchenette and one flat 1+kitchenetter. Some flats have balconies.
  • 5th and 6th overground floors – four flats on each floor: one flat 4+kitchenette with a balcony, two flats 3+kitchenette, of which one has a balcony, and one flat 2+kitchenette.
  • • 7th overground floor – three flats: two flats 4+kitchenetter, of which one has a balcony, and one flat 3+kitchenette.
Altogether, the house has 33 flats and 45 underground parking places.
